You have on your agenda a closed session discussion entitled “pending litigation”, III C. You need to publicly cancel this item because there is no pending litigation. You need to consult your attorney once more or you will have yet one more violation on your hands. Do you not understand the Brown Act? The only request was that you publish my letter and the cure and correct letter, which has been done. So obviously it will end here. But if you hold a closed door discussion under the guise of pending litigation you will make it worse for yourselves.
I advise you to discuss this with your attorney before you have any closed door discussions about public comments.
You should also advise the community as to when you will allow them to speak at your meetings via Zoom.
