I'm sure that Sheri Atwater's opinions are sincerely believed, as are mine! The difference is that I'm not being paid to be convince other's that what they believe, is, in reality, false! That all Caucasian's are racist by nature, they just don't know it or they're lying!
This is a recipe for disaster that will create divisiveness not lessen it! Human nature is immutable. This is just another waste that will require effort to fix a problem that doesn't need fixing! Teach the "Golden Rule" and Martin Luther King's philosophy and get on with teaching!

ALL Sheri Atwater's curriculum and discussion w/our teachers have and need to be published. Transparency, please!!
Telling kids or anyone else they are liars, because they don't believe that they are racists ....is truly outrageous! Listening to her talking about 'White Privilege' and 'Male Patriarch' sounds like reverse racist discrimination to me. Focus on read, write, math, history etc. and not social brainwashing.

We deserve transparency, not just a discussion in which you approve her and agree with everything she intends to do. The least that you can do is disclose what she intends to teach the children so parents have the opportunity to attempt to undo the damage this curriculum inflicts upon them.

I have watched Sheri Atwater at previous meetings and am very concerned about her point of view that if someone is not a racist, they are a liar. Those comments are highly offensive and the idea that she would be educating teachers about the proper way to teach is of concern to me and my family.
