    My name is Jon Starr, my business is located at 643 Cypress Avenue, adjacent to CrossFit Horsepower. I have not experienced any noise related to the gym activity. CrossFit Horsepower has been a great neighbor. I do not believe they are a public nuisance.

    Greg Richart and I own this 4 units property. The property is located behind the gym. We never had any noise complaints from our tenants. We and the tenants actually think the gym is very convenient for their health enjoyment. We and the tenants support in maintaining the gym at this location rather than any other type of industrial work.
