    Congratulations to Mike Detoy on your rotation as ceremonial Mayor. Thank you also for opposing City Attorney "Diamond Bar Mike Jenkins", Chicom Masse, and RPV Suja on their scheme to limit the ability of the public to communicate on matters, not on the agenda.
