If ADUs are 'Moderate income' what are sizes and income levels of the Low & Very Low categories?
Where does a JADU fit in?
Although understandable, it seems a real shame to see 710 Pier Ave. & 522 11th Place properties on the block. And it looks like the upper levels of businesses are once again in play.
As this potential increase in residents awaits Hermosa, and thinking of the recent Parking discussion, where I believe it was warned that new ADU's don't require offsite parking, please consider that all of these units under discussion would be eligible for Only 1 resident sticker pass per address.
