Public comments on the agenda items called City Manager Reports, City Councilmember Reports and Future Agenda Items will only be heard at this time. Comments on public hearing items are heard only during the public hearing. Members of the audience may also speak during discussion of items removed from the Consent Calendar; during Public Hearings; and, during discussion of items appearing under Municipal Matters.
