II. PUBLIC COMMENTS/COMMUNICATIONS CURRENT PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) PANDEMIC: Public comment may be submitted online only. Public comments must be received at least one hour prior to the start of the school board meeting by 4:00 p.m. Comments are limited to approximately 400 words (3-minute equivalent). If members of the public would like to contact the Board of Education about this agenda, please do so by emailing to mmeraz@hbcsd.org with "Public Comment" in the subject line or use our online form at:https://forms.gle/nkieDaLca8PZk1UA8 . Any public comments will be shared with the Board members and will be read aloud during the meeting public comment period.

A. Public Comments from the Public to the Board for items on Closed Session Members of the audience may address the Board on any topic regardless of whether it is listed on the agenda. However, the Board may not discuss issues raised that are not listed on the agenda. Topics not on the agenda that are brought to the Board's attention may be investigated by the administration and a report made to the Board, either publicly or privately at a future meeting. Comments from visitors shall not exceed 3 minutes unless waived by a majority of all Members of the Board. (These proceedings are being video and audio recorded.)
